Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Brrainy, operated by Brrainy, Inc.. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Brrainy captures content from sources you connect, organises it, and makes it available to you and to AI agents you authorise. Features change as the product develops. We may add, modify or remove functionality, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the sources you connect. Do not connect accounts or data you are not authorised to use, including an employer’s systems without permission.
4. Plans and payment
Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you chose until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on your region.
Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Your own model key. If you supply your own AI provider key, charges for that usage are between you and that provider. We do not control their pricing, and we are not responsible for spend incurred on your key.
5. Your content
You own your content. Connecting it to Brrainy does not transfer ownership.
You grant us the licence needed to operate the service: to store, process, index, analyse and display your content back to you and to agents you authorise. That licence exists only to run the product and ends when you delete the content.
We do not use your content to train our own models.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Brrainyto break the law, infringe others’ rights, store or distribute malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what law permits, resell it without agreement, or evade usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk. Where practical we will contact you first.
7. AI output
Brrainy produces summaries, briefs, extracted facts and answers using language models. These can be wrong. Treat output as a starting point, not as verified fact, and do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or other consequential decisions without checking the source.
Output quality depends in part on the model provider you select and on the content you connect.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and incidents happen. Current availability is published on our Trust Center. Any service-level commitment applies only where agreed in a separate written agreement.
9. Third-party services
Connecting a third-party source means that service’s own terms continue to apply. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs that affect a connector.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these terms, or for non-payment after notice.
On termination you may request an export of your content before it is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for how to make that request, including the current manual process.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by State of Delaware, United States. Questions: legal@brrainy.com.
